Let’s Make Fried Rice!
-Cut bacon into pieces and fry until fully cooked.
-Chop the onion into thin slices and add in the bacon pan.
-Cut the ends off of the brussel sprouts and rough chop into smaller sizes and add to the bacon/onion mixture.
-Move the bacon, onion, and brussel sprouts to one side of the pan. Oil the empty side.
-Crack eggs, whisk, and add to the oiled side of the pan.
-Stir the eggs around until sufficiently scrambled and mix with the other ingredients in the pan.
-Add in the cooked rice and mix all ingredients together.
-Salt to desired taste.
