Let’s Make Feel Good Soup!


1 Onion

4 Garlic Cloves

2 Whole Carrots

4 Celery Stalks

7 Mushrooms

5 Medium Potatoes



Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Chicken Broth

Precooked Chicken Breast – sliced or shredded

Brussel Sprouts

Frozen Lima Beans

Fresh Lemon Juice

Fresh Parsley


-Chops into small pieces the onion, carrots, celery, mushrooms, and potatoes.

-Thinly slice the garlic cloves.

-Add all ingredients into a medium pot and season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

-Add chicken stock and stir.

-Place the lid on the pot and simmer until vegetables are soft.

-Stir in the cooked chicken, chopped brussel sprouts, lima beans, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.

-Serve immediately and enjoy!
