Let’s Make Creamy Chicken Enchiladas!



Precooked Chicken Breast

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder




Fresh Lime Juice

3 Cans Green Chile Enchilada Sauce

Taco Blend Shredded Cheese

Sour Cream


-In a heated skillet, toast the tortillas.

-Cube the chicken breast into small pieces.

-In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, honey, and fresh lime juice. Stir together.

-In a 9×13 baking dish, pour 1 can of the green chile enchilada sauce on the bottom.

-On a separate plate, place a tortilla down, top with the chicken mixture, then sprinkle cheese on.

-Roll the tortilla up and place on the enchilada sauce in the baking dish.

-Repeat this step until all of the chicken mixture is used.

-In a medium bowl, combine 2 cans of green chile enchilada sauce and a dollop of sour cream.

-Spread evenly the mixture on top of the enchiladas in the baking dish. Top with more cheese.

-Bake until the enchiladas are hot and the cheese on top is bubbly.

-Serve with our homemade salsa and enjoy!
