Let’s Make Chili Mac!


Olive Oil

Minced Garlic

Diced Onion

1 lb Ground Beef

Chili Powder




1 can Chili Beans (Drained and Rinsed)

Chicken Broth

1 can Diced Tomatoes

Cooked Elbow Noodles

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Diced Green Onion


Baguette Bread


-In a medium pot on medium high heat, sauté the minced garlic and diced onion in olive oil.

-When the garlic and onion are aromatic, add in the ground beef and cook until brown.

-Once the ground beef is browned, season to taste with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

-Add in the chili beans, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and elbow noodles.

-Cover and simmer until mixture is well integrated.

-Dip out chili mac and garnish with shredded cheese, green onion, and lettuce. Serve with baguette bread and enjoy!
