The Bloebaum-Fuller Outreach Building is located across the street from the Main Library Building. Named in their honor, the Bloebaum and Fuller sister provided funds to acquire and renovate the building. Individuals and small groups can reserve the building. The seating capacity of the building is 45. In addition, there is a kitchentte. Rita McAllister donated the kitchenette in memory of her husband, Mike McAllister. Finally, the parking lot is accessible from 7th street, Hart Street, and Seminary street. It is capable of holding 12 vehicles.
