Welcome to the Knox County Public Library. With nearly 130,000 items from which to choose, the library has a huge collection of books and magazines for you to read, sound recordings to which you may listen and movies for you to watch.

If it’s information you’re seeking, visit or contact the library. The library has a great staff of reference librarians ready to help you find answers. Internet access is available for all.

Other services include a homework center in the youth department and fun and educational programs for people of all ages.

Indiana's Foremost 19th Century Soldier

Jack Wilson will be at the McGrady-Brockman House at 7 p.m. on Monday, May 21 to discuss his new book Indiana’s Foremost Nineteenth Century Soldier. This program is sponsored by NTGS and is free and open to the public.










Friends Book Sale

The Friends will hold a book sale on Friday, May 25 at the Bloebaum-Fuller Outreach Building from 9-4. Special refreshments will be served in the library courtyard.
