From a family of librarians, Bunyan was graduated from the Indiana University School of Library and Information Science in Bloomington with a Master’s Degree in Library Science in 1988, Bunyan began her career as the Director of the Margaret Cooper Public Library in Linton in 1983. She’s been the Director of the Knox County Public Library since July 1, 1990, and says that what she likes best about her work at the library is being with people of all ages and walks of life every day.
