Come to the library to hear about the development of a special book, Food for Thought: an Indiana Harvest, by author David Hoppe and photographer and Indiana Humanities Communications Specialist, Kristin Hess. The book celebrates the rich agricultural industry of Indiana. Featured in the book are two Knox County residents, Don Villwock, Indiana Farm Bureau President, and Mike Horrall of Melon Acres. A presentation with the author, photographer, and Don Villwock will be Wednesday, October 17 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Library. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signature. With the harvest now in process, this book fits the season of celebrating our bountiful harvest. |
